Where will my trial run take place?
The trial can take place in my private studio or a location of your choosing. We will provide you with more details when you are ready to book your trial. Traveling fees required if the final location is not my studio. Preferred dates for Trials would be Monday-Thursday. If in any case, a Trial is booked from Friday to Sunday please be advised that we may have to reschedule due to other possible commitments.

How do I book my wedding date?
Paying 30% deposit is required in order to book your wedding date. If you would prefer to have a trial prior to placing your deposit and signed agreement, it will need to take place within the next 3 weeks. After the trial, you will have 5 days to place your deposit.

How much time do you usually schedule per person (makeup)?
Bride: 1 hour for makeup | Bridesmaids/Mothers: 1 hour for makeup.

Will I have to reapply my lip color through the day?
Lip products used are long wearing, however will not last all day. Lipstick is the only thing you will need to touch-up. We suggest Bridesmaids/mothers/etc... bring their own lip color for touch-ups. The bride will be provided a touch up kit, this is included in the service.

What do I need to do to prepare to have my makeup and/or hair done?
You will need to have a freshly cleansed face before having makeup applied, and clean/dry hair. If your hair is naturally textured, please come with hair relaxed or blown out if not planning to use your natural curl.

What type of lashes do you use?
Strip lashes of very high quality is provided for all makeup applications. They range from natural to dramatic depending on your desired look.
Should I have my hair or my makeup done first?
It’s my preference for your hair to be done first.

Would you recommend getting a facial prior to my wedding?
Having a facial leading up to your wedding day is a great idea! Just make sure the last one is at least 1 week before your wedding. It is a good idea to have one a few months prior as well just to see how your skin reacts.

Do you recommend getting my eyebrows professionally done?
Absolutely! Properly groomed eyebrows make a huge difference in how the makeup turns out. The fine hairs can keep the makeup from sticking to the skin properly. Be sure to do any waxing services 5-7 days prior to your event.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
In the event that the Client cancels the services before the event, the Client will not receive a refund of the deposit.
All deposited monies paid by client will be refunded if contract is cancelled in writing within three (3) days of deposit received. After the three-day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service specified in the quotation, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
If the makeup artist cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded to the client within two (2) weeks of cancellation.

What if I my bridal party drop or increases?
Reservations counts can be altered up to 90 days prior to the wedding. If bridal party drops after the 90 day mark, there will be a %30 fee on the dropped counts. This will go to the artist to compensate for loss of work for the day. You are more than welcome to add applications to your counts after the 90 day mark. However, if you will then need an additional artist added we can not guarantee an additional artist will be available. We will look into it immediately and let you know your options.

Will I receive some type of schedule for my hair and makeup on the wedding day?
Our scheduling department will send you a detailed schedule approximately 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding day for you to look over and approve. They will work directly with you to make sure it is perfect. Once you approve your schedule a final draft will be emailed to your wedding day artists.
